How it works
1. Connect & Discover
Tell me what you're planning, what the event is for, and what matters most to you. We'll talk through the details, what you're looking for from the photography, and anything I should know going in.
From there, I'll recommend the coverage that makes the most sense for your event and put together a clear proposal.
2. Plan & Prepare
Once you're booked, we'll stay in touch as the event takes shape. I'll gather the details I need—timing, locations, important moments, key people, and anything else that will help me understand the day.
The goal isn't to script everything. It's to prepare enough that once I'm there, I can pay attention to what's actually happening.
3. Capture
On the day of your event, I'll arrive prepared and ready to document it as it unfolds.
I'll step in when direction is helpful and step back when it isn't—photographing the people, atmosphere, details, and unexpected moments that give the event its character.
After the event
From the event to your gallery.
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a sneak peek from the event so you have something to enjoy and share while the full gallery is being completed.
From there, I carefully edit and curate the photographs into a finished gallery that feels complete rather than simply large. Your full gallery will be delivered within four weeks, ready to download, share, and revisit.
Need the photographs sooner? Expedited gallery delivery is available for an additional fee.

What kind of events do you photograph?
I photograph events centered around people, atmosphere, and experience—from celebrations and live performances to corporate, cultural, community, and private events.
If you're planning something that doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, reach out anyway. Tell me what's happening, and we'll see if I'm the right fit for it.
Do you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Austin, Texas and available for events beyond Central Texas.
Travel requirements vary depending on the location and event, so any necessary travel costs will be discussed upfront and included in your custom quote.
Do you photograph posed or group photos?
Absolutely. My approach is primarily documentary, but that doesn't mean we'll skip the photographs that matter to you. I'm happy to organize group photographs, portraits, or other requested shots when needed. Once we've captured them, I can get you back to enjoying the event while I continue documenting everything happening around you.
When will I receive my photographs?
You'll receive a sneak peek from your event within 24 hours, with your complete edited gallery delivered within four weeks. If you need your full gallery sooner, expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
